Custom Work

RYGLEVA STUDIO creates custom and personalised products based on information, product choices, text, images, logos and design files provided by customers.

Order Information

Before production starts, we will confirm the key order details where applicable: product, design, quantity, price, delivery method, delivery cost and estimated production timing. Production starts only after we accept the order and any required payment is confirmed.

Pre-launch requests are unpaid, create no paid order, and do not start production.

Customer Design Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any design, text, image, logo, brand, artwork or file you upload or ask us to print. This includes copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights.

Our process may include automated tools. We may not manually review every uploaded design before a mockup is created. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Paid 4K Design Enhancement

4K design enhancement is a paid add-on. Sending an enquiry does not start paid work. We will confirm the price and scope before enhancement work begins.

Refused Work

We may refuse, cancel or remove any order or design that appears to breach our content policy, legal obligations, platform safety expectations, payment security, copyright rules or production requirements.

Mockup Accuracy

Mockups are previews. Colours, placement, scale and product appearance may vary slightly due to screens, materials, print methods and production limits.

Mockup Studio Access And Fair Use

Guest access may be limited to selected products. When account login is active, signed-in users can access the full Mockup Studio subject to fair-use limits, content rules and security checks.

If an account or device uses Mockup Studio repeatedly without a purchase, we may show warnings, limit access or block further previews. A valid purchase can reset the unpaid-use counter. Attempts to bypass these limits, abuse coupons, scrape the service or attack the website may lead to account or order refusal.

Payments, Discounts and Orders

Prices, discounts, coupon codes and order totals must be validated by RYGLEVA STUDIO before production. Any website display error, coupon misuse or technical mistake does not create a right to receive products at an incorrect price.

Cancellations And Returns

For non-personalised goods bought at a distance, UK consumers usually have 14 days to cancel from delivery. To cancel, email info@rygleva.co.uk with your order details. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect statutory rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Pricing, Delivery And Final Quote

T-shirts start from GBP 9.99, Hoodies from GBP 19.99, and Mugs from GBP 7.99.

Starting prices are final customer-facing starting prices; the final quote can vary when configuration, quantity, delivery, and artwork requirements are confirmed.

Fast Track is GBP 5 per eligible garment unit, estimated 48-72 hours for qualifying orders submitted by 13:00, non-guaranteed, and conditional on confirmed payment, print-ready artwork, stock, and production capacity.
