What We Collect

• Contact details you submit, such as your name, email address and enquiry details.
• CRM enquiry records, including enquiry status, internal service notes, source page, reference number and snapshots of the contact details submitted with that enquiry.
• Newsletter sign-up details, consent records, unsubscribe status and related security metadata.
• Mockup choices, uploaded design previews, paid 4K enhancement images, product choices and order preferences you choose to send us.
• Account login information where customer accounts are active, such as email address, display name, session records and connected sign-in provider details.
• Fair-use and anti-abuse records for Mockup Studio, including salted hashes of IP address, browser user agent and a first-party device cookie. We do not collect MAC addresses or real hardware identifiers through the website.
• Technical security data such as basic rate-limit events, admin audit logs, browser storage preferences and error information.

How We Use Data

• To respond to enquiries, including paid 4K design enhancement requests.
• To provide quotes and customer support.
• To prepare mockups, orders and print work.
• To send newsletters only where you sign up or consent.
• To protect the website from spam, abuse and security attacks.
• To apply Mockup Studio guest limits, account limits and purchase-based reset rules.
• To meet legal, accounting, tax and operational obligations.

Lawful Bases

We use personal data where it is needed to take steps before a contract, perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, protect our legitimate business interests, or where you have given consent, such as for optional marketing.

Your Uploaded Designs

Customer designs are treated as customer-provided material. We do not intentionally publish uploaded designs for indexing by search engines. Customer files may be stored privately in Cloudflare R2 or similar secure object storage while we review, process, enhance, refuse or remove them where they breach our content rules, copyright rules, safety policy or production requirements.

Uploaded images and design text are used to create previews and production files. They are not treated as instructions to our systems, databases or admin tools.

Accounts And Mockup Fair Use

When account login is active, signed-in users can access the full Mockup Studio. Guest users may be limited to selected products. We may limit, warn or block repeated unpaid Mockup use where it appears abusive or excessive. A valid purchase can reset the unpaid-use counter.

Sharing And Retention

We may share relevant data with service providers who help us run the website, process enquiries, produce orders, deliver goods, manage email, store private files or meet legal obligations. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected.

We normally keep 90 days for abandoned enquiries and uploads, 12 months for completed-order private production files, and 6 years for invoice, payment, and required accounting records. We may keep relevant data longer where required for law, disputes, fraud prevention, and official enquiries.

Your Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where we rely on consent. Contact us at info@rygleva.co.uk.
