Custom Products

Most RYGLEVA STUDIO products are made to order. For personalised or custom-made goods made to your specifications, the change-of-mind cancellation exception may apply. This does not remove statutory rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Change Of Mind

For non-personalised, non-custom-made goods bought at a distance, UK consumers usually have 14 days to cancel from delivery. To cancel, email info@rygleva.co.uk with your order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details. We will review the issue and offer the appropriate repair, replacement or refund where required.

Customer Design Issues

You remain responsible for spelling, image resolution, colour expectations, copyright permissions and design choices you provide or approve. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
