Content Policy & 16+ Safety Standard

16+ Safe Website Standard

RYGLEVA STUDIO is intended to be safe for a 16+ audience. We do not claim an official PEGI rating unless the service is formally rated by PEGI. We use a practical 16+ content safety standard for our website, mockup tools and accepted customer designs.

Not Allowed

• Nudity, pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Graphic violence, extreme gore or content encouraging real-world harm.
• Hate, harassment, extremist, discriminatory or threatening content.
• Illegal products, fraud, scams, phishing, malware or impersonation.
• Copyrighted, trademarked or branded content you do not have rights to use.
• Designs intended to mislead customers, public bodies, businesses or payment systems.

Automated Mockup Safety

The mockup tool may create previews automatically. A preview does not mean a design is approved for production. We may refuse production after review if the design breaches this policy or the law.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the designs, text, photos, logos and files you upload or ask us to use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for print, production and delivery. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Google-Safe Approach

Customer-uploaded material is not intended to create public spam pages or indexed user-generated content. We do not allow scam, deceptive, adult, hateful or illegal content on the site.
